ARLA Propertymark is the leading voice for the Residential Lettings and Property Management industry. For nearly 25 years, ARLA Propertymark has been actively promoting the highest standards accords all sectors of the Private Rented Sector and campaigning for regulation.

In order for us to become a licensed member, we have to meet the following requirements:

🏠 Achieve a technical qualification in residential Lettings
🏠 Be a member of an independent redress scheme
🏠 Have professional indemnity insurance
🏠 Have client money protection

It is rare for a small, independent agency like ourselves to take on an ARLA qualification and membership, and we are SO proud of Abbie for being so determined to achieve this for KeyMann Lettings. Lots of hard work, time and dedication goes into gaining a qualification like this, and we are super proud of Abbie for achieving such a great result in all of her exams. 🔑
