The Limes is a beautiful 17th century grade II listed town house combined with an annex situated behind the Main house. We offer luxury accommodation with a boutique hotel feel.
The Limes Guest House has 14 comfortable, clean en-suite guest rooms all equipped with internet access and flat screen Televisions, complimentary tea and coffee facilities and off road parking. We have a bright and airy conservatory where our locally sourced breakfast is served and a private outside patio and garden.
We are situated within close walking distance to Maldon Town Centre and the Promenade along with easy access to main access roads.

Casa La Negra
Our large villa in Spain is the perfect base to explore the beautiful region of Andalusia. Casa La Negra is a farmhouse converted to the highest standards. We have 4 double bedrooms in the main house and 4 cosy log cabins, meaning we can cater for up 16 adults in total.
Whether you want to spend your holiday relaxing by the heated pool or exploring Andalusia's caves, beaches and rustic villages, there is something for everyone. Whilst our villa is set in a secluded spot over looking the Sierra Tejadas National Park, the village of Banos de Vilo is less than ten minute's walk away and Periana a very short drive.
